We’ll kick things off with an incredible fireside chat featuring C-suite leader Melanie Berry, setting the tone for a dynamic and engaging conversation.

This year, Viasat adds a fun new surprise—bridging AIX and WTCE and celebrating that leadership happens everywhere. The session will close with a wine tasting from the Women on the Vine tasting series, featuring female winemakers—crafted to spark connection and conversation.

Michelle Muñoz-Talcott

Vice President, Marketing, Viasat Commercial Services

Michelle joined Viasat in 2017, where she leads marketing for aviation and energy segments which includes commercial, business aviation, aircraft operation and safety, and uncrewed aerial vehicles.

She has over 25 years of marketing experience in the technology and wireless industries including Verizon, Vodafone and Nokia (formally Alcatel-Lucent). Her roles have included working in all facets of marketing and product management as well as international posts in Europe.

Michelle received her MBA in international management and marketing from Arizona State University (Thunderbird, American Graduate School of International
Management).

Melanie Berry 

Chief Customer Officer, Vueling

Melanie Berry has over 30 years of experience in the airline industry and has been Chief Customer Officer at Vueling since 2024. Throughout her career, she has designed and implemented end-to-end customer experience strategies, driven radical improvements inresults, led digitalization and innovation processes in operating models, and spearheaded ESG agendas in highly complex and multicultural environments.
